×îÐÂÂ鶹ÊÓƵ Congratulates Robin Hutcheson on FMCSA Confirmation

CALVERTON, MD (September 23, 2022) – The ×îÐÂÂ鶹ÊÓƵ commends the Senate’s vote to approve the nomination of Robin Hutcheson as Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Examples of ×îÐÂÂ鶹ÊÓƵ’s work with the Administration include participating in the original roadability regulations, currently reviewing the rule for possible revisions, and obtaining a waiver for chassis mechanics certification in connection with the ×îÐÂÂ鶹ÊÓƵ Guide to Chassis Inspection and Repair. The FMCSA and ×îÐÂÂ鶹ÊÓƵ have also partnered in the development and maintenance of ×îÐÂÂ鶹ÊÓƵ’s Global Intermodal Equipment Registry (GIER) and the Driver Vehicle Examination Reports (DVER).
